What makes me different is over 20 years of experience as a personal trainer and coach. I am a Level 3 Advanced certified trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, with an honors degree in Sport and Exercise Science. I have competed at a national level, won the British Bodybuilding Championship, and created hundreds of personalized training and nutritional programs. I have trained clients of all ages and abilities—from children and the elderly to those with disabilities and elite athletes. Beyond my expertise, I am personal, approachable, and truly understanding, ensuring every client feels supported, valued, and empowered on their journey.

For online coaching, all you need is a smartphone with a camera and a smart watch. A stable internet connection is also important. You can use your own equipment and train from home, but having a fully equipped gym would be preferable for the best results.

The frequency of sessions is personalized for each client. I determine it based on your individual needs, often including blood test results, symptom questionnaires, and your specific goals. After reviewing these, I’ll create a schedule that works best for you.

I provide a recorded Loom video where I talk about your week and review your progress. I go through your completed check-in form and cross-reference it with your weekly progress in the Trainerize app. If you need extra support, you can schedule a phone call for more personalized guidance.
